WebFig
WebFig is a web-based RouterOS utility enabling monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting without additional software. It supports HTTPS with certificate management, including wildcard certificates, and provides secure access through SSL/TLS for router configuration.
WinBox
WinBox v4 is a native cross-platform GUI utility for administering MikroTik RouterOS on Windows, Linux, and macOS. It replaces the legacy Wine-based WinBox v3 with a native application, providing secure connections through AES128-CBC-SHA encryption and ECSRP authentication.

MikroTik mobile app
The MikroTik mobile app provides both basic and advanced configuration options for MikroTik routers on Android and iOS, offering a user-friendly setup interface with QR code download links and quick configuration steps.
Console
The console provides text-based access to MikroTik RouterOS configuration and management features using text terminals, either remotely by using a serial port, telnet, SSH, or console screen within WinBox, or directly by using a monitor and keyboard. It covers command execution in hierarchical menu levels, login options, terminal customization, banner messages, quick typing, safe mode, and scripting.
Serial Console
The Serial Console and Terminal tools enable direct device communication through serial ports for initial or recovery configuration, supporting up to 132 devices. The page explains null-modem cable configurations for hardware flow control, including options without handshake and with partial or full handshake capabilities.
SSH
RouterOS includes a built-in SSH server and client. The server is customizable (ciphers, key types, forwarding, password and public-key authentication) and its host key can be exported, imported and regenerated. The client (ssh and ssh-exec) verifies remote host keys against stored known hosts.

FlashFig
FlashFig is a Windows utility for rapid, high-volume configuration of MikroTik RouterBOARDs by transmitting RouterOS settings through Layer-2 networks in seconds. It supports flash-boot mode for automated provisioning, with detailed instructions for enabling it on older models and using scripts.
RoMON
RoMON (Router Management Overlay Network) builds an independent MAC-layer overlay between routers for management: peer discovery, MAC ping, RoMON SSH, message authentication with secrets, and per-port participation with cost.
MAC server
The RouterOS MAC server lets you reach a router by its MAC address on the same layer-2 segment, without IP configuration: connect with MAC Telnet, find routers with MAC scan, limit MAC Telnet and MAC WinBox to trusted interfaces, and use MAC ping.
TR-069
The TR069 page documents the MikroTik RouterOS implementation of CPE WAN Management Protocol (CWMP) for remote device management, covering configuration settings like ACS URL and authentication, read-only status monitoring, commands for resetting configurations, CWMP session details, parameter data models based on BBF standards, and firmware upgrade procedures using Download RPC.
