Summary of documentation changes made on August 25, 2026.

Management Tools

• SSH, Console, Quick Set, RoMON, FlashFig, WinBox, Serial Console, and WebFig: Reworked wording and formatting throughout, and moved their CLI parameter tables into the CLI Reference.

Getting Started

• RouterOS Licensing: Fixed grammar and filled in licensing parameter descriptions in the CLI Reference (also restyled the CHR Licensing page).
• Backup: Fixed grammar and moved its CLI parameters into the CLI Reference.
• Upgrading to v7 and Support Output File: Fixed grammar and added relevant cross-links.
• Default Configurations: Restyled with tables in place of bullet lists, and improved wording.
• Software Specifications: Fixed grammar and added relevant cross-links.
• Networking Fundamentals: Added cross-links and replaced a PNG diagram with a Mermaid graph in the IPv6 Neighbor Discovery section.

Containers

• Container Apps: Significantly reworked the Custom Apps section — renamed from "User-Addable Apps" and expanded "How to add apps" into three methods — plus several typo and wording fixes throughout the day.
